What should I expect the day of the party?
We will deliver and set up the unit at a prearranged time. Before and during setup we will discuss placement options for the unit, review the rental agreement, and go over any questions regarding safety, proper use, and any other topic you wish to discuss. If payment has not already been made, it will be due upon setup of the unit.
Where can I have a bounce house setup?
We can setup a bounce house on most flat, mostly hard surface. We use ground stakes to secure the inflatables but will use sandbags in the case where stakes cannot be used.Please let us know if you plan to have the bounce house on a hard surface like concrete, or hardwood
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $30 deposit is required in order to secure your items. Once the deposit is made it is only rfundable if the weather prevents a safe setup or if you call and cancel at least 3 weeks prior to the event date
What do we do if it starts raining?
Unplug the blower and wait for the rain to pass. After the rain has passed, plug the blower back in and allow the bounce house to inflate all the way. Most will dry within 30 min but the kids usually dont mind if its wet, they just want to jump. Please be careful when with the front step as it gets very slippery when wet.
When do I pay for the equipment?
Payment is due upon delivery. Cash and credit are accepted. Credit cards are subject to a 3% surcharge

Most rentals are a maximum of 6 hours, however, we are flexible and will try to accommodate you
